Our History

CML Group serves as a Center for Mastery and Life-long Learning of individuals and organizations.   

We are a co-creator for skills mastery programs for individuals and life-long learners leading to excellence for enterprises.   Through our transformative programs and services focusing on people, process, and platform, we enable communities to imagine, invent, innovate, incubate, and inspire.

We started in 2006 as a group of consultants with an inspiration to establish learning communities and enterprises that helped individuals and organizations in areas of personal and professional growth and development. Over the next eight years, we have been involved in different organizations and industries, and created partnerships with pioneers in the market, as we developed ourselves to take on bigger roles in the areas of learning, growth and development, and strategy development and implementation.

In 2014, we established the CML Centre for Mastery and Life-Long Learning (CML), with the same intent  to ultimately empower individuals and organizations through the different programs and solutions we offer as a service. As we continuously grow, we branch out to specific focus areas relevant to various client systems. CML Transformative Coaching and Consulting finds niche as a strong and reliable partner to its clients as a transformative coaching and consulting service provider equipped with a holistic and integrative programs it offers. Famk’next Co-Learning MakerSpace and Innovation Lab offers a  safe environment for individuals to connect in the spirit of co-creating and learning while nurturing the development of the country with the 21st century skills. CML Wellbeing and Psychological Services enables individual and organizational wellbeing through interventions involving licensed professionals in education and healthcare industries.

Provides continuing professional development programs that are accredited by local and international certification bodies such as the Department of Education, Philippine Regulatory Commission, Pragmatic Enterprise Architecture, and more.

Provides transformative programs and enabling services that are multi-disciplinary in approach and are customized per individual and/or organization. Centered on the client’s context and success measures, our methods include stakeholder management and industry – specific best practices in information gathering, diagnosis, and co-creation of holistic programs that engage and integrate people, processes, and platforms.

FamK'next Co-Learning Makerspace and Innovation Lab

The 1st Family Co-Learning MakerSpace and Innovation Lab in the Philippines to enable alternative learning technologies.  Its mission is to build an inclusive ecology of diversified communities, where everyone co-learns like a family of life-long learners, engaging and connecting through innovative and fun ways.  This arm addresses the educational requirements of  21st Century Skills such as  computer programming and robotics, focus, logic, planning, problem solving, critical thinking, patience, communication, collaboration, and empathy.
